About The Online Marketing Vault
Hi there! My name is George, and I’m an online affiliate marketer. Welcome to my blog, where I share tips on online marketing and related skills and disciplines.
I began my journey online in 1994, back when Mosaic was the leading web browser, and Netscape was just emerging in beta. As the digital landscape rapidly evolved, I developed a passion for the web. I quickly mastered HTML and began creating both Internet and Intranet websites. Along the way, I earned Microsoft certifications in Windows NT 4.0 Server and Internet Information Server (IIS). I played a key role and was the senior tech advisor at AT&T Government Solutions in the development of the first U.S. Government web portal, FirstGov.gov (now USA.gov), launched in 2000 during the Clinton administration.
Soon, I encountered the early Internet marketers who captured my attention. My interest in the growing field of digital marketing led me to study the strategies of pioneers such as Corey Rudl, Seth Godin, Frank Kern, Marlon Sanders, and Yanik Silver, among others. After retiring, I transitioned into Affiliate Marketing, where I continue to thrive and innovate today, and I have never looked back
I created this blog to help beginning online marketers or those struggling to get their online businesses off the ground. My goal is to share guidance and tips on Affiliate Marketing, Internet Marketing, Email Marketing, Video Marketing, and Social Media Marketing, and to help others seeking to expand their knowledge in this area. Whether you’re here to learn about any of these topics, get inspired by case studies, or just follow along on my journey, I’m so glad you’re here!
Thank you for stopping by and getting to know me a little better. I look forward to sharing more with you!
